It's not a Bond theme as I don't think she'd fly out to LA to work on it for almost two months. She's clearly doing work for the album.
It's just Sony probably offered her a **** ton of cash to make another one and it wouldn't surprise me if she did do it. Though at the same time, her next song NEEDS to be for the new album. A Bond theme isn't the best way to make a 'comeback" imo.
