Although nobody knows the details of her contract its likely she is in a partnership with RocNation. So yes similar to how Parkwood works for Bey…Westbury Road is a separate entity from RN. RocNation does not have 100% control to the point that they can stop her from releasing. They might not see eye to eye on everything, but they can not refuse her a release because her label owns the publishing & copyrights.
For example: Lil Wayne although he has his own label Young Money. Young Money is under Cash Money. Thats why he still has label problems.
