First singles are NOT always
lead singles. Rihanna never did that before, that's probably why y'all don't get it. FFS is the 1st single from R8, the 2nd single will be the lead, aka the one that will promote / sell / represent the album :

An artist can release 1, 2, 3 singles from an upcoming album before the actual lead single, doesn't mean ****. It never happened before with Rih but this time the 1st song we heard from her new album won't be the lead single. Most of y'all don't understand why Rihanna doesn't promote FFS and doesn't seem as excited / involved about it as for Diamonds, WFL, etc. Now you have the answer.
