On twitter, you can set you location on or off on your tweets so it tweets your location along with the tweet...that's where that comes from.

Kathy Griffin was reading some hate tweets on Fashion Police the other day and one of them was "Put your location on I wanna fight"

Easier said than done when one of them is still talking about it in RS interviews for promo, where they admit what they did during 2011/2012 was criticizing of a new artist, something her stans have said wasn't true all along.

It's tired AF but far from over.
