I feel like out of all the nasty E! News people out there, Giuliana is one of the sweetest ones. She made an ignorant joke that was in poor taste, but she seems really sincere in her apology. I think both parties responded properly, so I hope Zendaya will forgive her.

Yes, I think it would be a bit much to not forgive her. She's clearly not racist and didn't have racist intent for what she said, it was just ignorant and stereotypical. She gave a thorough, sincere apology and will hopefully learn from this.
