2. Both tours had a contract with Pioneer, which intended on releasing them on the D.O.A. medium LaserDisc
3. Pioneer contracts last for 25 years. After that, artists can do whatever they please, and that is why Michael Jackson's team released the Bad Tour in 2012, exactly 25 years after the beginning of this tour (when they probably signed the contract)
4. Janet stated in 2008 that she might release the tour along with her next album. She said that to Larry King.
5. Rhythm Nation Tour completes 25 years on the next Friday.
6. The videos from this tour have been recently taken down from Youtube, unexpectedly.

I feel like she made a double contract with them in 1990. The RN tour and whatever would come next. Because MJ during his Dangerous Tour had already realized LaserDiscs were going nowhere. Why would Janet commit the same mistake later?

Hopefully the Janet Tour contract ends now, too, because that's her best tour.
