So if you are walking outside and some stranger smiles or say 'Hi' to you, do you smile or say 'hi' back or do you tend to ignore the person?



It happens to me a few times in the city and I sometimes I respond back but I am like… Who was this person and why did they do that in the first place? Even when I have my headphones on. Sometimes I think some people are just creepy. Especially older man or some fat people. Hahahahaha….

Does it happen to you a lot? Or do people just ignore you? Or are you that type of person that do that to others?

If they smile I usually smile back, but I'd ignore them if they started talking to me.

If I am just walking past them, I'll say hi. What's the big deal? As long as you're not going to have a full on conversation with them then it doesn't kill you to say two letters.

Unless they look like the shady convict type i say hi or smile back bc im not an asshole. I mean, i guess it would be different for a woman.

usually I either smile or say hi, depends on my mood. Its not really an uncommon thing here, usually if you walk past someone its kinda obligatory to either smile or say hi (obviously excluding major cities)

Smile & say hi back, why would you do any different.
