The European Leagues can work around that, it's not impossible, especially since the November/December date is a legitimate suggestion. The cup is only 1 month, and this one is planned to be even shorter so it definitely won't be hard. Plus it's still 8 years away, plenty of time to figure out and make it work. And Qatar
could do it. This whole thing is because of worries that it would be difficult for players that aren't used to these kinds of temperatures, not because Qatar themselves can't host in the summer.
