yeah, i don't really use any youtubers at all, i think the majority of the time they create these very obnoxious online personas.

i'm not familiar with this particular youtuber. if he has said some transphobic/biphobic/etc. stuff, then that is a shame, because he does make some really valid points in this particular video.

I don't find him funny either but he does seem like a genuinely nice person and fun to be around. Being unfunny doesn't mean you're annoying.

Can you link me to his biphobic/transmisogynistic videos? I haven't seen all his videos but the ones I've watched never included any of that.

Naw @ you people who try to subvert acceptance by acting like there's no line separating ~having a preference~ from malicious shaming.

There is a huge difference between saying something like "I prefer thin bodies" and being like "Ha ha! Look at that fat lard! Fat people are ****ing disgusting pieces of ****!"

Masc preference =/= Fem shaming, but too many people can't just civilly express their preference for stereotypically masculine traits. Instead, they use vitriolic hate speech about fems as their way of expressing their preference for masculinity.

I'm not fem, and I just realized that lot of times gays avoid hitting on me because they think i'm straight. People usually don't assume I'm gay, other gay guys have to ask me.

When I do let out that feminine side, I get hit on a lot more. It's just not really me though, so I don't do it all the time.

THAT SAID, it IS stupid and annoying when a feminine guy starts acting like a total drama queen 24/7 just to get attention.
In that case I do have a problem with their femininity cause that puts other 'normal' acting feminine guys to shame.

It goes the other way around too though, it's extremely annoying when you see these ultra masculine gay guys entering a club for example and then looking down on the more feminine or even normal guys like... sometimes I really wonder if they're actually that stupid on purpose or if they just don't know any better.

Anyways, the bottom line would be that if all gays accepted themselves and acted normal in that chosen character then the gay world would be A LOT more down to earth tbh.

For some reason people don't think it's possible to be effeminate and have a quiet and reserved personality. I hate how everything associated with fem is loud and dramatic when that's not always the case. That's something totally different and exaggerated.

And then what KILLS me is that during my first year in college in class some of the straight guys were ridiculing this gay guy who was androgynous but he was quiet, they teased him for not being extra and said that if he's going to be gay - be confident. I'm like how the **** would you know if he's not confident, he might just be laidback... that's possible you know... Gays think like this too.
