Beyonce doesn't have a powerful voice like Gaga. She may have fluidity, technique and control but it's pretty standard and not emotion driven like Gaga.
Christina certainly has the power but not the consistency /stamina to maintain fluidity like Gaga.. I'd be nervous for a screech or mistake if I was watching her.
That brings up a point I want to make.. Gaga is honestly naturally talent. No fear in her eyes, just her and the music and we where her oyster tonight
Edit. So obviously they both can do it too, but it just would have been boring, average I don't know.. just being honest.

Gaga has a very classic, Broadway-esque voice. Show tunes are suited to her, and she can alter her voice to sing as another person or character flawlessly.
Xtina does not, even in the slightest, possess the will to control her own damn vocal chords to properly sing this song. She can hit every note, but that's irrelevant when you're purposely ruining a song.
Beyonce could sing it, but it would just sound like Beyonce singing any other song beautifully. Graceful and very Beyonce, not very Julie Andrews. Her voice is too distinct to remove her own identity from the song, and that's a problem when you're trying to sing someone else's iconic work NOT as a cover.
possibly but they don't really have THAT voice. Gaga has a perfect stage/broadway voice and Bey and Xtina are best at pulling off over the top, embellished pop diva vocals. I think both of them can go a great job, but Gaga literally was perfect for this,
