I don't think he is. Anaconda peaked at #2 on the Hot 100, while Starships peaked at 5 and Super Bass peaked at #3. Plus, Anaconda broke the VEVO record. In order for Nicki to peak in the very beginning means that Massive Attack or Your Love was her biggest hit, and neither is close. Your Love peaked at #51 and Massive Attack never even made the Hot 100  .

I think that with Anaconda it was her highest peaking single and it did get a lot of people talking about her (including Bang Bang which was big at the time), however though Anaconda as a hit was nowhere near bigger than Super Bass and Starships in terms of sales, radio play and longevity. Globally it was pretty much as big as Pound the Alarm (in terms of its chart performance or peak position whatever).
Anyway I don’t think Nicki’s debut was her peak, it was either early 2012 (Grammys, Starships, Turn Me On, Superbowl with Madonna ect) or around August/September last year with Anaconda (as a viral hit) and all those performances she did
