Definitely my bottom three albums unfortunately. Probably my absolute least favorite actually
Heartbreaker and Heartbreaker remix are wonderful
Bliss, Crybaby, and Petals are all great as well.
And I really don't care about any of the other tracks. Everything else is so cheesy or just lame imo.

I know most fans hate X Girlfriend and Did I Do That?, but I think both are bops. Not my favorite Mariah songs or my favorites on the album, but bops nonetheless
Did I Do That is a hilarious song That psychotic beginning with all the harmonies and voices. You can hear her going crazy. And then Mystikal's screaming. Sometimes I convince myself I like the song because it's such a trip.
X-Girlfriend is just lame though. I can imagine Emancipation Mariah doing it but for Mariah to go from Butterfly to a No Scrubs/Bills Bills Bills copycat song while still having songs like CTTA and Petals on the album doesn't work for me.
The cover is a bit of a mess, even though she looks STUNNING and serving BODY The rainbow drawing is such a weird concept and it doesn't properly match her shirt drawing either
I love the cover! She looks gorgeous, her body looks amazing and it's colorful. I love the Against All Odds cover, After Tonight, Bliss, Vulnerability >>>
This is probably one of my least favorites but this era had some cute photo shoots and the album cover is my absolute favorite. Some tracks I could just never get into though (how much, x girlfriend) I just think the album is sort of underwhelming but most of the tracks are fine

Crybaby has also been slaying me as of late. I loathe the music video though. It makes me so hungry and I always get really pissed because of all the random food shes just spiling everywhere
Rainbow: the unsophisticated younger sister to Butterfly lol. The biggest thing about this era to me is the Heartbreaker video. It was the first time I was exposed to Mariah and I've been a fan ever since.
