Twice a day MINIMUM, sometimes three. But I'm not obsessive like Katy who brushes her teeth 6 times/day.

EDIT: I also chew minty gum basically all day because bad breath is such a fear of mine.

I do the gum trick - as you chew, all the plaque sticks to the gum so you never have to brush. My favorites are Hubba Bubba tape and Wrigley's Juicy Fruit.
