Congratulations to the final 16! You have earned the right to stay in this competition, and things are now going to heat up even more.

Today is the semi-live partner picking challenge! There are 16 contestants left, and two contestants per team. Thus, there will be 8 teams this season. How will these partners be chosen? It is a mix of luck, speed, and possibly some strategy.
At random times over the next 18 hours (before 6:30 PM EST), I will post a picture of a colored ball in the thread. This colored ball represents one of the available team colors. The team colors are:
Red | Orange | Yellow | Green | Blue | Purple | Grey | Brown
If you want to join that colored team, you must send me a PM with the picture of the ball! The title of your PM must be your character's name. The first male and the first female to send a message with the character's name and the picture of the ball will become partners. If you don't do it this way, the next person who sends correctly will be the person placed on that team.
So, this could be completely random if you want... or you could plan in advance. Be wary, advanced planning to be on a team could be foiled by someone with a faster internet speed than you. If you don't want to join a team, feel free to wait for the next ball to drop. However, I will not post another colored ball until the current team is filled with one player of each sex.
I will post balls randomly throughout the day, so stay alert in the thread for the color you may want! Remember, the color and partner you get will be set for the entire rest of the game. You will be working together, scheming together, and potentially winning the tournament together. This round will have a great outcome on the season, so be smart with what you do today!
