The RA is the Residential Assistant, the person in charge of a particular floor in a college residential campus

considering how loud and unruly everyone on this floor is i would smack a bitch by the end of the first week
the resident assistant. in a dorm they're like the people that all of the rooms on the floor and make sure people don't do things that are against the rules (in theory)
