my panic attacks are basically like my thoughts start spinning and I can't focus on anything, I get tingles all up and down my body, my breathing becomes shallow and labored, my hands start shaking etc. yeah it's not that pretty

Oh, well it's not that extreme, I just feel on edge and my heart's racing a little but I'll still wait it out.
mine are severe so you could just be having a mild attack, just because yours aren't as extreme that doesn't mean you're not still having an attack. try to slow your breathing down, like breathe in, hold it for a couple seconds and then breathe out, do that a couple times and see if that helps
