I feel like a terrible Monster and an even worse ARTPOP megastan, but what is this from? It's obviously from the ARTPOP era, but I can't recall from what exactly.
Also is that Gaga's wig and makeup people helping the bride?
Yes, even Sonja is in the pictures. At that time she was Gaga's executive producer and assistent. Now she is her managing director! Look like Gaga's team took care of the ceremony !
What about Gaga receiving Video Vanguard Award at VMAs this year? Madonna received one five years into her career. Gaga is now seven years in, is inside the top three most awarded acts in VMA history and of course has a flawless & iconic videography. Grammys, Oscars and then a flawless VMA medley performance paying homage to her music videos then receiving the Vanguard. Make it happen King Bobby.
I know it's easier said than done, but this would be a smart move for them. Especially if the aim is to launch a new campaign around then.
If I were Gaga and Bobby, I'd be making 2015 the year of stabilising, highlighting and enhancing the Lady Gaga brand. Reminding people why they love Gaga is key (i.e. celebrating her achievements), and demonstrating why they should love her more is ideal (i.e. showcasing her talents with new projects/performances).
They're doing a great job at it so far. It really feels like a reset button has been pressed and it's early days.

I forget, but I just remember everyone making a big deal about that interview because she mixed up the birth of Venus painting and artist or something and everyone on here was trying the most

That's exactly why it needs to happen (other than her deserving one obviously). Even if they don't have a new project to promote around then, it's all building up hype for LG5 similar to what Beyonce's team did from 4 to her self titled. Delivering a flawless medley performance, reminding everyone of her iconic video looks, choreography, sequences and songs is just further re-enforcing the "we love Gaga again" ideal. Then Gaga's heading into her next solo album campaign with the GP / media being on her side which works wonders for an album's campaign. That's something ARTPOP didn't have. BTW hurt her image, but the only thing she did in 2013 before ARTPOP was break her hip and be in a wheelchair. There was no image rebranding. Even Gaga herself was hyping up her own downfall, claiming herself a flop, don't buy her music, etc... when Applause dropped before the media did the same.

The sheer brand investment and development between 4 and BEYONCE was remarkable. They knew what they were doing.
Gaga can apply similar tactics.
In terms of specific moves;
1) They've already done wonders with C2C. It's taken the heat off of ARTPOP and lessened the pressure for LG5. Whilst they'll still reference the "flop", they'll also have to mention her Grammy winning side-project with legend Tony Bennet which demonstrated her musical talents. Smart.
2) Whilst she may feel uncomfortable with it, the reality is that part of what worked so well with Beyonce was giving the public just enough of her private life that she became an accessible discussion point...but holding enough back that she retained mystery and didn't enter the tacky tabloid personality arena. We're seeing with her engagement that people are interested - they want 'in' on the story, and so far she's given them enough with the pics. They're going to want to follow it. They want to know how crazy it'll be and what she'll wear. And she should let them, but control it so it doesn't become a circus and invade her privacy. I think walking the red carpet with Taylor at the Oscars is the next move. Doing an exclusive summer Vogue bridal couture feature where she can keep it classy is also smart. Keep event details secret, and wait till afterwards to release photos/video. Even if it's simple and classic, her dress will get coverage.
3) Brand partnerships. Let other people do some of the work. Beyonce & Pepsi/H&M was so successful because they handled the vast exposure - all she had to do was look good. Getting Gaga's name and face out there, attached to a cool brands will help a lot. The same principal applies to musical collaborations and film/tv/music projects. Be strategic. What will help prepare people for Gaga's return? If she comes back with a different sound - how best to ease that in?
4) Brand affirmation projects/events to remind people of how good she is. Glastonbury. VMA Vanguard Award. Super Bowl. Space. Even putting up a docufilm on Netflix would help as long as they ensure its contents showcase her human side and her talent, rather than messiness. Maybe the C2C Tour film could go up?
So I'm watching Pretty Little Liars for the first time and at the 14th episode of season 2, and it's a halloween episode and two characters dress up as Gaga to a halloween party at which they BLAST just dance.
I just hope Gaga becomes cool again ala TF after LG5 happens that cute things like that happen
I was thinking of this. If the prophecy of PAPARAZZI video is turning out to be true, the one about the "WE LOVE HER AGAIN", then it is said that she needs to kill her boyfriend. But In real life, it doesn't have to be the killing her boyfriend, what if it have to do with getting hitched with her boyfriend?

Can someone kindly explain the meaning of the scene in the G.U.Y. video when the Minecraft guy revitalizes Jesus, Ghandhi and MJ?
They bring them back to life to "steal" & copy their DNA and replace all those men who are obsessed with money (Well, that's my interpretation). Basically they want to replace all these thirsty-for-money-men with helping, nice men who won't threat other people as objets, who'll respect & help others.
When the video stops & you see all these men in suits walking out, they're the men they created with Gandhi's, Jesus' & MJ's DNA & they're about to take over the world basically.
People going on about the Paparazzi "prophecy" like it's not something that happens to most Pop stars at some point. Falling from grace and coming back is actually pretty common in Hollywood and the music business.
I'm not getting hyped over any "comeback" until I see the first week single/album sales.

First week means nothing.
Applause sold more first week than Bad Romance. Artpop opened with nearly 260k (which is more than what The Fame & The Fame Monster did) and yet.
People will judge / drag either way, but really, what matters is the sales at the end of the era. Her next album could open with less than 100K and yet sell way more than Artpop lol.
