He did an airburst detonation so any fallout will be minimal. Look at it this way, no materials from the ground would be ejected in to the stratosphere only the tiny dust size particles from the bomb which would takes years in most cases to reach the ground and by then decay would render them mostly harmless. Some dust would reach the ground in rain and snow events creating some hot spots but still nowhere as hot as a ground based detonation that would ejects a couple 100,000+ tons of debris in to the air.
The only thing that might happen is he just blew a hole in the ozone layer but not everyone agrees on this theory.
However he would be killing over 600,000 people most of which are not ISIS so there is that.
contrary to the doom and gloom some people were saying about my suggestion to use a small portion of the West's surplus nuclear stockpile against ISIS. Just proves my point.
