The world needs to help Kosovo function as its own state; invest in infrastructure and setting up a working government. Instead they're turning their back and letting it rot into a failed state. Same thing happening in South Sudan. They're setting up new states on ideological lines and then not putting the appropriate political/economic measures in place to ensure legacy.

No not necessarily Bosnia stayed together and not surprisingly there is no excodus of people from there.
But we agree that Kosovo should have been given international help to set up a functioning state, it's another question though that I don't belive kosovars are able to organise themselves.
