Yes they finally managed to make a straight to DVD installment in the series of "The Butterfly Effect"
The first movie was a classic. Then they did a straight to DVD for the second one and that was somewhat 'enjoyable' but failed to live up to the first movie. It
at least didn't kill the classic first film.
Then the third comes out today.
One of the worst movies created ever. They KILLED the classic and ruined the film's origins. It had NO plot. He basically jumped back in time and didn't do horse **** and went back in the present and nothing happened. He ended up in prison
Not only that but people KNEW about the "Butterfly Effect" and were using it like it was "a game."
Basically it was a Saw type deal movie with a different name and a twist i.e. jumping back in time. Unlike the first two films. When he went back in the past to "try to fix things" he didn't do anything but "observe" like the fat guy "told him to do"
and jumps back in the present and he's a suspect of a crime. Repeat 5 times.
The first two at least changed things in the past and when they went in the present, their whole life changed.
What a dissapointment. I would burn this DVD if it wasn't for the hot guy. Yes that was the only good thing about it.
