That's nice, however Billboard is irrelevant here as she's in a totally different country, time zone, and hemisphere. She only has 6 top ten hits as a lead act in New Zealand, so US stats give you no leverage.
6 Top 10 hits is still way more than 5 minutes, and better than a lot of artists, throw in "I Bet" and "Body Party" and she's golden.
Just wanted to mention that she has 14 R&B/Hip Hop top tens (soon to add a couple more) so she had plenty of hits to perform
If you actually read the article, it stated that there was a noise curfew and on Facebook the promoters said Ciara stayed on stage to sing acapella with the audience
