Why are people still surprised to see UF retake the top spot every damn week-end
UF is as party anthemic as Party Rock Anthem, it will get massive weekend boost for at least A YEAR
But the edge UF has over PRA is that it's multi-crossover radio smash
It will be hard to beat up, it's gonna block tons of songs on the Hot 100
just the current crop i think. Just because it'll start dropping at the same time its competition (TMTC, TOL and LMLYD) will fall as well. On the bright side it means whatever is the next coming hit will have an easy time trumping all four and surging to the top
UF! will see a bigger weekend effect. Its weekend effects lately have been big.
I honestly don't see how it gets such a massive weekend updates, it's not a typical song to play at clubs but I guess that is the same situation as PRA and those club bangers that used to get massive updates every weekend. At least it has peaked on sales but it just won't die.
