Laying down on my stomach, with my arm up over the pillow (rarely under) and my head resting on my arm. Usually either side, but mostly my left. Need a TV and fan on, even if the temperature is already cold, and a nightlight plugged in. The closet doors need to be closed, as well as my door to the bathroom and hallway. Before I sleep, I put a moisturizer cream on my face and let it settle for 30 minutes. I also drink two glasses of water during that period to help out my skin. I put on some soothing classical music to settle my brain as well as transition me from my awake and asleep states. Either in between or after my water, I'll have some fresh fruit (usually grapes) as a little snack. Then I get in my pajamas, head to the bathroom and rub off the cream. I then go to my toothbrush and put enough toothpaste on to cover the whole brush. Afterwards, I'll floss each tooth thoroughly and continue on each one until I see there's no more plaque showing up. I'll then use some mouthwash to fully cleanse my mouth, put in my retainer and that ends that. I'll brush my hair a bit if it looks messy after a long day, but won't spend too much time on that as it'll get significantly messed up during the night. Following all of that, I'll end things off by shaving my face so that I won't have to be uncomfortable while sleeping and having my arm feel any unwanted hairs. Now for my bed: I have 7 pillows (4 medium, 2 big, 1 small) to decorate my bed and I lightly place all but 2 medium ones aside so I don't mess up the beauty and aura of my room. I'll slide myself under the covers, make sure there's no creases or folds, and then drift myself off to sleep with my eye covers. As for my TV, I'll keep the volume on 10 so I get to slightly hear it, but not have the sound be overbearing nor distracting to my beauty sleep.

I trained myself to sleep on my back because I was scared that sleeping on one side would eventually make my face uneven from gravity and the pressure.
