I always went in person to begin with. But ever since that Secrets You Know Because of Your Job thread, I'm definitely going to continue going in person.
Non-fast food takeout gets ordered online 70% of the time because in Boston parking is very limited so calling means I can just pop in and grab the food. The other 30% of the time the restaurant doesn't do online ordering, so we spend 15 minutes looking for a parking space so we can go in and pay.
