This, all these popstars with ''artistic integrity'' are just for image, Beyoncé has the same input than Britney in her music, they just perform what's written for them. There's nothing wrong with that. Only when stans use it to bluff.

Deluded. Britney has no creative control of her brand whereas Beyonce wrote 90% of DC's songs and she's had a hand in producing all of her songs since 2006. I can't say the same for Britney.

How many celebs have said she steals writing credits and awards among other "artistic" things? That isn't artistic integrity.

I like Beyonce, but don't act like she is some kind of "creative" artist.

Beyonce's label didn't want her to release her first album. They wanted more pop-ish songs and she said no.
Her label and manager at the time didn't even know she was recording B'Day until it was done. Which she paid for the studio time with her own money. Beyonce has the first and last word of her career. Now, she's the CEO of her company. That's right, HER company.

DUH it's because once her PR rep asked for Superbowl pics to be taken down and because she like, thinks she's SOOOO perfect and crafts this image of perfection which everyone generally agrees to be true, amiright?

Brirtney is the correct answer. And thank god for that, because the package that was Godney Spears was perfect.

Britney and Beyoncé have the same input in what they release, Britney has written several songs. Beyoncé I'm not gonna go there, because I don't know. For me the only thing I respect is her talent of a performer, and maybe the vision she has( if she really comes with ideas like the surprise release, I'm not sure)

Beyonce basically wrote the album Survivor by herself. She wrote/co-wrote half of The Writing's On The Wall.

In her case though, this is absolutely NO SHADE at all as she's said time and time again about how she became the artist she is alongside Lady Starlight.

Her whole schtick seemed to be to embody the idea of a pop artist to a tee. Intense, crazy, nonsensical costumes, repetitive, silly lyrics, slick production, posey dance moves.

She's the definition of a manufactured popstar, but in the best possible way. She came out and was like, "You want a popstar? I'll GIVE you a popstar." It was brilliant. but it was not organic (even if she says that how she dresses is a part of her now).

Britney has 0 input. If you can't see that, then dear lord you're beyond my help. You can literally count the number of songs Britney has written on one hand.
