Growing old and experiencing the deaths of loved ones as they grow even older terrifies me
Oh my god let's not even talk about this I'm not one for advocating to block out thoughts since I'm a very contemplative person but thoughts like these just need to be forgotten, along with that feeling of dying and never living another moment ever again and being in complete nothingness forever... I'm getting anxiety just writing this.

Sometimes it terrifies me too but that's a long ways away. I mean my great grandma lived to be 98, if my parents make it at least until their 80th that's still 30 years from now and I'll be in my 50s then. And by the time I'm really old I'll probably be senile and off in la la land most of the day so I won't even be aware of what's happening.

I have so much to study I am taking a 10 minute break then I'll take a shower then back to study. Also I hope they delay class tomorrow cause it's gonna get too cold (for the South anyway )
