I know you're not an adult automatically at 18 but some people will expect you to be one. You know once you're aware of how quickly childhood goes by, you notice it. For some people that happens really early in life, others never realize it until the final days. But it's just kinda weird, not just being an adult but suddenly having some adult responsibilities. I remember it was so weird when people in my grade who were in middle school a calendar year ago were suddenly driving. And I remember thinking it was crazy when I took the train alone when I was 11. Things like that too.
Idk if this is making sense. I've been thinking of opening a Philosophy Thread in the Lounge as a communal place to just talk about life and stuff but it would probably flop.
