Ciara rips off fans

Technical issues meant the sound quality was poor and Ciara herself apologised on social media, saying a "curfew" meant the DJ was cut off.
It is understood Ciara's management
requested
a higher appearance fee when the venue was shifted outdoors.
The artist performed just a handful of songs before walking offstage
, earning fans' ire.

I would go to her Wellington one tonight but I don't want to go to Porirua or pay $65. Sorry queen. The venue she's playing in is appallingly low budget. It's like a school hall.
