Rihanna - Rude Boy never hit #1 on HDS and took advantage of no song dominating spring 2010. Hey, Soul Sister consistently outsold it but lacked in airplay.
Far East Movement - Like a G6 (feat. the Cataracs & Dev) never dominated and is one of the most forgotten, least impactful #1s of the 2010s. It got lucky by peaking after JTWYA had, and no incoming dominating smash in Fall 2010.
Ke$ha - We R Who We R See above. Got lucky because it had a great debut sales week (280K), and Like a G6 was #1 at the time and not a strong one.
Rihanna - What's My Name? (feat. Drake) See above again, but needed even less (235K) to get #1.
Rihanna - Only Girl (In the World) A bunch of songs were really doing well in November 2010, but in the sense of being #1s, none of them looked like it. OG got lucky through a $0.99 discount and dominating airplay right before Firework exploded.
P!nk - Raise Your Glass Pretty much same reasoning as OG, except didn't have a discount. This one never hit #1 on HDS, and got lucky right before Firework swooped in.
Wiz Khalifa - Black & Yellow Convenient timing due to Superbowl w/ The Steelers this year & Grenade having peaked.
Katy Perry - Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.) Was always stuck behind PRA until a simultaneous remix & discount well after PRA had peaked.
Flo Rida - Whistle CMM was already well past peaked and there was no other huge dominating smash incoming for the time being. He swooped right in before Taylor came with WANEGBT and crushed him.
Maroon 5 - One More Night Should've only gotten 1-2 weeks at #1, if that, but benefited from the Billboard formula not including VEVO or YT. Otherwise, Gangnam Style would've blocked it for weeks. With this in mind, it freely dominated over GS and nothing came to stop it. It also never hit #1 on HDS.
MAGIC! - Rude Peaked during slow and dog days of summer where competition was seriously lacking. Its weekly sales (and final sales) are lukewarm and it came after Fancy had peaked. The song it blocked has far outlasted it (Stay With Me).

Updated my list to get rid of a couple that shouldn't have been there. I think I started choosing "lucky" ones mid-way through typing instead of weak competition ones, if that makes sense. So I've edited it here.
As for Rude Boy, it did benefit from having weaker competition. Need You Now & Hey, Soul Sister were its competition but one had peaked digitally while the other was lacking in airplay despite outselling it.
And as for the string of 2010 #1s (WRWWR, WMN?, OG, RYG), they all benefited from the lack of a strong #1 at the time (G6), hence why they all spent only one week at #1 and kept alternating amongst each other. So, in that sense, it wasn't as difficult to get a #1 in Fall 2010.
