Ugh I hope I get at least a grand back. I got $2500 last year so here's hoping for another big one

I am getting $12701.17 back from the state but my Michigan state taxes came to $87,832.13 last year. So whatever, I don't even want to talk about being bent over on capital gains.

When you own your own business and work your ass off for 12+ years because the work never ends you won't feel lucky.

You will start to see the harder you work and the more successful you become the more the government wants to take from you.
