Does anyone have an idea what happens to ATRL around 8am to 8:15am (UK time), everyday? The site never loads for me within this time, but goes back to normal once it's 8:16. Is this something everyone experiences, and does anyone know why it happens?

It's been happening for years. It's a maintainance.

But there is a banner at the top of the page that explains the downtime before it happens..

It's maintenance. It's annoying because that's when I wake up and like to check the site for things I've missed etc lol
