All of these verses you posted speak of non-believers who attack Muslims/initiate an attack on Muslims, not all non-believers. Like, if I found a peaceful non-believer sitting there, Islams forbids me to hurt him. And I could also post gazillions of verses in Qur'an preaching tolerance and acceptance, so don't even try it.
