Everybody bought her 4x platinum album. You can't buy song if you bought full album. I see only this exception.
Taylor could easily be nice to her fans and release alternate versions of Style if she wanted to. Live version, acoustic version, rap remix, dance remix, like most other artists do... Then her fans who already bought her album would still have extra music whenever she releases a single, and it'd help in the charts too.
Better song always wins in the end.
