Never. I don't believe in god so there's no reason for me to go. I've been to a church maybe up to 10 times just when the easter service came round and we were all forced to go as part of the school. I usually slept through it or tried to sneak in my iPod tho.

I have never, ever gone to a church (and will never, ever go to one).

I used to go but I always hated it. I haven't gone in at least 5 years now and don't plan on going again.
