When I don't respond is because the other member has their wall as Private and I won't send a PM.

I do this all the time hope you're not talking about me. PMs too, I have some that are literally years old that I still plan to answer sometime.

But if someone doesn't reply to me I just go "why didn't you reply to me? Reply!" and they always do so no reason to be shy about it.
