There's a difference between groups who are misunderstood and groups who have gone through battles fighting for basic human rights.

I swear, it must really be nice having white privilege because just sometimes so baffling how detached some can be from the reality of issues that minorities have to face living in a country that was never built to protect them. You might be "tired" of having to hear our woes because you don't empathize or experience them, but if we don't speak up about the injustices that are marginalizing and literally KILLING our people, nothing changes. And I'm sorry, but I'm not willing to accept that.

The right to my own identity and equal treatment should not depend appeasement to white males, so don't tell me that I need kiss ass and remain silent in order for me to receive the rights that are owed to me as an American citizen.

I just oppressed my bag of chips by opening them then putting them in the trash can.
They didn't want to be opened, so they felt I was obligated to let them be litter and leave them outside.
There very oppressed and calling social services on me now since I didn't give them what they wanted and threw them in the trash instead.

Yeah. I love how people of color (not all obviously, mostly idiots on tumblr) suddenly decided that the best way to fight racism is to be racist towards whites. I think that mentality is very backwards and they really don't want to make the world a better place but they are just racist and have to let it out somewhere.
