Um... your reasoning is illogical. Bollywood is banned in Pakistan so Pakistani actors are entering Bollywood? That doesn't make any sense. That would make Pakistani actors stay in Pakistan and not cross the border.
Pakistani actors are hired in Bollywood because they're wanted and fit the beauty/ethnic standard. And there have been Pakistani actors in Bollywood since the 90s.
FYI Bollywood and other Indian movies are only banned in Pakistan on paper. Most of their TV networks air Indian entertainment anyway.
