Like literal arcades (those places with the cabinets where you put coins in to play the machines). Games like Tekken and Street Fighter usually release in arcades first before the console versions, as the market in Japan is still extremely profitable.

They're still very popular in Japan.
Well, hopefully it'll transfer over to the PS4 soon. It could use a good fighter and Dissidia was a very fun game series.
