No one can force her out unless she is impeached and convicted by Congress and that isn't going to happen there has only been 1 supreme ever impeached and that was Samuel Chase in the 1800's.
She is either going to retire or get sick and have to retire.
Some will stay around to be replaced by someone favorable but you never know with a judge sometimes you get Inconsistency when you think they are ideologically on your side. I don't think it was a statement on her part I think she was tired, old and the SOTU is boring, notice not all the Justices show up for it.
