I just experienced this. I got out of school a few hours ago and it said "No Service." I restarted my phone and it didn't work. Fixed now though.

T-Mobile isn't terrible though.

They aren't the only phone company that this happened to. It happened to Verizon as well a few years back.

I don't recall, and I've been a customer since 2010. I guess it didn't affect the Cali area

A lot of people have lost 4G/LTE and voice connectivity in most places such as NYC/Boston/DC, but I think the former two cities are starting to see recovery.

I'm in DC for the weekend, and I'm currently running wifi to get connectivity until they restore. More complaints here.

Like I said, all phone companies have gone through this before. Some people are doing the most by saying they're going to switch to another company or whatever.
