Self Titled is a personal album which makes it leagues better than 4. It's way more cohesive, put together package wise, told a story from beginning all the way to the end which gained its critically acclaimed status. It wasn't just a throw away album for the hits. Personal albums are huge because you see through the window of what that artist was feeling. And every women performer who comes out with an album as such, always looses to some drab rock album that has the complete opposite. I'm not shading beck because I listened to Morning Phase and it was okay, but overall there was no focus. Even the lyrics weren't all that are earth shattering. So I still fail to see how he won even against SAM SMITH who had a better album compared to him as well.
