I think she was planning to surprise guest but clearly the event wasn't properly organised and backed out.

I guess but those are two different situations. That event was done by DirectTv Rih made the deal w them, this was a RocNation event they would have advertised her, trust. They use Rihanna name for everything, did you see the video during the live stream 90% of it was Rih.

I'm curious as to whether the Home soundtrack will come first or her album.
I just need a top 5 hit for the soundtrack and for it to do MOTS numbers WW and I'll be happy.

And as for R8 she should have way more star power in the first few months compared to Una. And Diamonds did miracles for her first week numbers hopefully FFS mature sound and her stronger presence finally pushes her to 300K first week and selling the same as Una or better with longevity throughout her tour.

Honestly if people are looking for a big debut in this sales climate she would have to do announcement a week before or something.

The more short notice the announcement is to the release date the more people will be inclined to buy the album off impluse. Also make the tracks album only.

Well this album is more known and has a bandwagon going for it more than any previous album.

And not available for streaming for 2-4 weeks.

I mean honestly I think Home would sell 1-1.5 million WW at the very worst regardless of having hits.

I hope when R8 comes she can give both projects proper and seperate promo runs.
