I don't know this term second hand smokes. And if they want to prevent parents sharing with his children his cigarette why is it not banned in all locations?

What is the harm exactly? It is not offending other people. The parent is not necessarily passing his cigarette to the children.
We are NOT HERE for guns and NEVER WILL BE. Stop bringing this up in threads which don't concern it. For a small country but with 65 million people, we have only 50 deaths from shooting a year, and we are keeping it that way. Guns are illegal and always will be, and everyone here agrees.
