So I just realized that one of two things happen every year which is why I hate this stupid day. More often than not I'm single during this holiday:

A) I realize it and then realize all of my friends have dates and I'm alone again

B) I'm in a relationship but I have to think of a great gift to get and I'm terrible at it because I want it to be special.

We already have anniversaries the day you become official, do we REALLY need Valentines Day too? It's just another excuse to go shopping...

Which one does this day remind you of the most? Valentines or Singles Awareness?

Single's Awareness Day. However, I never saw Valentine's Day as a holiday of being with someone. It just makes me happy because everything is pink and white and there's candy and hearts everywhere. I don't focus on the love aspect.
