Scooter Braun has said that people will be "shocked" by Justin Bieber's new music.
The singer's manager told Complex that Bieber's "in such an incredible place right now".
"He's excited to share where he is with the world next year," Braun added. "It will shock some people and make others really happy."
The 33-year-old also said the singer is ready to be "the man people want him to be" and share his music with an "openness about what he's learned in the last year".
Bieber has been teasing new music over the last few months. In January he uploaded two snippets of unnamed tracks to Instagram.
The singer has also suggested that he's working with Rick Rubin, sharing a picture of himself with the music producer.
Waiting 4 years between albums in the midst of negative publicity and fans growing up / moving onto the more dependable 1D seems like a recipe for disaster.
His last "real album", since his fans said Journals wasn't a real album, was ... Believe in 2012.
A 4-year-break ? Mé. Idk, it seems hard for him to do a great comeback after all this time, but we'll see.
