People say anything and everything in order to discredit Beyonce. It's pathetic.

AOTY would have been the cherry on the top but I'm so happy with everything she's given us in the last 2 years. Superbowl onwards has been an amazing ride as a Beyonce fan...excruciating at times but amazing.

Because some people's idea of what makes a good performance is as limited as their musical taste.

Personally, I thought it was fantastic. The staging was great, her voice was even better and she brought everyone to church for a moment. What's not to love?

I don't want the Jay/Bey album to lead to another tour tho I hope it's a 3 disc set where each would have their own side and share the middle disc.

There were parts where she over-does the runs and some of her notes reminded me of early Bey (not necessarily in a good way).

But the low notes at the start and the whitney-like TAAAAAKE MYYY HAEEEAAAN precocious LOOOORD gave me CHILLS. Wish all belts were like the latter.
