Why is she tweeting this instead of fixing the issue with the employees?

Sounds like she might have tried, given the "They refuse to send pictures of their employees"

Pretty sure she probably called the store where she had the issue, and got no where, thus she's reaching out to corporate on social media.

Ms. Johns is a mess.

Papa johns is the worst pizza. Their dough is so floppy you have to have total support of your slice or all the toppings will slide off. My least favorite of the pizza chains.

But I can understand them not sending photos of their employees. That would be illegal on their end. I'm sure they'll find and fire the employee who delivered the order
