3 black women won AOTY and 9 black artists in total in 57 damn years! What's wrong with this picture?

Yeah, the last time a black woman won AOTY was 1999 when Lauryn did it, she won in 2000 as a producer but that doesn't count since she just produced one song from the recipient album.
I just noticed all black female AOTY winners (so far) won in the 90s
