Police are investigating whether Bruce, or any of the other drivers involved, were texting at the time of the crash.
Images showing the moment of the horrific smash show Bruce had his left arm raised – although there is no evidence he had been texting.
According to TMZ the LA County Sheriff Department will get a search warrant for both Bruce’s phone and phone records, to determine whether or not he was using it at the time.
If he lied about being chased by the paps when he was really texting, he's probably gonna see the inside of a jail cell. On top of the gigantic lawsuit the victim's family is gonna win in court.
