Becoming... think of all the people that try to become famous for something, especially in the entertainment industry. The only way you can become famous is if you have a special talent, are very creative and get noticed for it, are traditionally or exotically beautiful, or out of pure luck. For every 10,000 people trying to become known for something, probably 1 or 2 of them will actually reach real fame. Once you're there, you just have to give the public what they want while still innovating. Superstardom almost always has an expiration date and there's nothing you can do to stay at the top forever, but maintaining celebrity status really isn't that hard unless you stop doing what you're known for.
Being internet famous is a totally different thing though. It still requires talent or luck to be noticed on the internet, but internet fame never lasts very long, although it can garner a lot of dedicated fans that still pay attention even when you're irrelevant. Internet fame isn't really fame at all, though, just a flash in the pan.
